Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PointStore, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.
Orders & Payments
All orders are subject to product availability and price confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. Payment must be received before order fulfillment for prepaid orders.
Shipping & Delivery
We aim to deliver within 3-7 business days. Delivery times may vary based on location. PointStore is not liable for delays caused by courier services or force majeure events.
Returns & Refunds
Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery in original condition. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. Certain items (undergarments, perishables) are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
Intellectual Property
All content on PointStore including logos, images, and text is the property of PointStore and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
PointStore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or products purchased.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Faisalabad, Punjab.
